If you happen to forget your password for Shoes GB, all you have to do is click the “Password Reset” button underneath the log in boxes of the site. You will then be taken to a page where you will need to confirm your username and we will then send an e-mail to the address you signed up to Shoes GB with. I've got a discount code, but how do I use it? | View Quick Solution »
If you've received a discount code in one of our newsletters or promotions, you will need to enter this upon checkout to receive the discount on your items. You will be asked to enter your discount code within one of the checkout stages. The discount code must be entered as you saw it in the promotion, e.g. with capital letters. The amount is then deducted from your order total, which is confirmed on the next page of your checkout. Read more. |

If you've joined our website as a member but find that the membership prices aren't displayed for you, then you need to make sure you are logged in at the top of the screen. To check to see if you are logged in, look at the top right-hand side of your screen, where a message saying “Welcome back to Shoes GB!” should be displayed; if you are not logged in you will see two boxes asking you to log in. If you have received a discount code but when you go to enter it at the checkout it doesn't deduct any amount from your total price there are a couple of things that could have happened. Firstly, check that the code has been entered correctly (please note our voucher codes are case sensitive), the code is still valid and the code hasn't been used before. Read more. |

However, we do offer stock reminders for our customers if you are particularly interested in a specific item and would like to know if and when we get the item back in stock. I have just received my shoes but I think they are faulty, what do I do? | View Quick Solution »
Before sending out our shoes we thoroughly check them for any faults, and will contact you if we do find any faults with the shoes. However, if you do find that when you receive the shoes they aren't in the condition you were expecting or have been damaged in transit, then we ask you to return the faulty items back to us for inspection. All returns are inspected for faults and we will seek to rectify any problems, either by exchanging or mending the fault or refunding you. If the item is found to be faulty you will also have your return postage refunded. Read more. |

If you have received a pair of shoes and they don't fit, you don't like them or they are faulty, then you can return them to us, as long as they are in the same condition they were sent to you in (in an unworn, unused condition). Your return postage would be at your own cost and risk, which is why we recommend posting items back to us using the Post Office so you can insure the package against theft and damage. Read more. |

Can I have my shoes delivered to a business address? | View Quick Solution »
Here at Shoes GB we do have certain restrictions in place when it comes to shipping so as to reduce the amount of online fraudulent activity that takes place. Therefore, we do have restrictions in place when it comes to delivering to business addresses as parcels can be intercepted, fraudulently bought and so on. We do deliver to the cardholders address and verified PayPal addresses, and we can make some exceptions for certain business addresses. However, we do not deliver to places where parcels can be too greatly intercepted by a lot of people, e.g. schools, universities and hospitals. Read more. |
